But what about the food? Head Chef Arte Assavakavinvong and his kitchen take memorable dishes from around Thailand and prepare them using only the finest ingredients. And the results are Asian fine dining at its best.

The Betel Leaf, Eggplant, Pomelo, Mushroom Chilli Jam & Cashew ($8) explodes with flavour. The Bass Strait Short Rib, Green Guava, Vietnamese Mint, Roasted Rice & Coconut ($44) is fragrant and addictive.
